Compliance & Call Quality

Protecting call quality across the network

Nine network standards that apply to every campaign — and the practices that will get a partner removed.

Network Standards

Standards written before a campaign goes live

🎯

1. Genuine Consumer Intent

Every call must originate from a real consumer who genuinely needs the service being offered.

📢

2. Transparent Advertising

Ads and listings must accurately represent the service, the provider, and the nature of the call.

🔍

3. Traffic-Source Disclosure

Partners disclose their traffic sources and methods. No hidden or masked origins.

🚫

4. Prohibited Call-Generation Practices

Voice bots, dialer-generated false demand, recycled calls, duplicate manipulation, self-calls, and employee-generated calls are forbidden.

🔗

5. Sub-Affiliate Management

Affiliates are responsible for their sub-affiliates. All sub-affiliate traffic must be disclosed and compliant.

🎙

6. Call Recording & Review

Calls may be recorded and reviewed for quality assurance and dispute resolution.

⚖

7. Dispute & Quality Review Cooperation

Partners cooperate fully with quality reviews and dispute investigations.

🔧

8. Corrective Action

Issues trigger corrective action plans — with clear expectations and timelines.

⛔

9. Campaign Suspension or Termination

Serious or repeated violations result in suspension or permanent termination.
